Vinification: The skins are left on during fermentation to ensure colours, flavours and tannins are imparted from the grape skins into the wine. The color comes from this skin contact with the juice.A short skin contact (1 to 6 hours) creates this pink rosé.

Nose: Delicately fruity, strawberry jam, watermelon rind backed by citrus zest jjumps out of the glass offering a sense of sweet freshness.

Taste: Lively fresh red fruits marry with apricot skins and intergrated full mouth feel. Nice body, crisp and elegant finishing dry, light and tart.
