Vinification: Fermantation is stopped with addition of brandy spirit of 5 years aged, then further aged in barrels.

Nose: Beautifully intergrated nose of Cocoa, and ripe bblack cherries; unveils raisins and vanilla, smoky oak, this wine truly evokes the senses.

Taste: Rich and velvety. Unveils a decadent palate brimming with nutty toffee and red fruit. Finishes with a warming sensation that continues on a long finish reminiscent of fruit preserves.
